All sales are final online at our online store www.stackempops.com

We do not refund or exchange if box condition or paint job has imperfections or normal wear. All claims must be notified within 5 days of delivery of order. We may require photo evidence and other information. Any final outcomes and decisions are at our discretion.

Any cancelled orders after 24 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee

Mystery Boxes

We do our best to offer mystery boxes with a minimum value guarantee for what you paid for it. (shipping costs not included) Mystery boxes are packed in batches, we will do out best to avoid any duplicate primary contents to the same shipping address.

Due to their nature there are no returns or exchanges on mystery boxes.
